Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s project and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input relative to the proposed project located on the westside of Bark Lane. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed Project:
H21-014: Site Development Permit to allow the removal of 25 trees (4 ordinance-size, 21 non-ordinance-size) trees for the construction of up to 22 attached paired dwellings (42 residential units) and two single-family dwelling units with a request for concessions and waivers under the State Density Bonus Law on an approximately 2.34-gross acre site.
T21-013: Vesting Tentative Map to subdivide one lot into 47 lots (44 residential lots, 3 common lots).
