Proposed Project:

Proposed construction of approximately 1.2 million square feet of office space within two commercial buildings on an approximately 3.09-gross acre site west of South Montgomery Street between Crandall Street and West San Fernando Street (33, 51, 63, 77, 91 S. Montgomery Street). Predominately office space at upper levels with ground floor active uses including flexibility for a mix of retail, entertainment, restaurants, and other publicly accessible spaces, Site Development Permit, File No. H22-031.
