Meeting Purpose: To describe the proposed project, the environmental review and planning process, and obtain community input on the project and issues to be discussed in the Environmental documents.

Project Location:  South side of Bailey Avenue, approximately 1,200 feet easterly of McKean Road.

Proposed Project: Planned Development Permit to allow the removal of three ordinance-size trees and the construction of the first two phases of the Heritage Oaks Memorial Park within Area 1 which includes a two-story funeral home, chapel, and office (26,458 square feet) and associated parking lot, up to eight mausoleums totaling 23,750 square feet (each ranging from 1,900 – 7,650 square feet), a crematory with witness room (4,300 square feet), associated circulation roads and surface improvements and a maintenance building (5,231 square feet) and maintenance yard (28,800 square feet) on a hillside property located on the south side of Bailey Avenue, approximately 1,200 feet easterly of McKean Road.
