Meeting Purpose:  To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 323 Terraine Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart on page 4 of this Agenda.

 

Proposed Project: Special Use Permit (File No. SP21-045) to allow the phased construction of a 17-story residential building with 345 units and a nine-story parking garage with 621 parking spaces in Phase 1 and designed for potential future conversion to 232,000 square feet of offices in Phase 2, above a ground-floor podium retail level with 11,777 square feet of retail space; one level of underground parking with automated lift stackers; a privately owned, publicly accessible open space; and associated landscaping, on an approximately 1.57-gross-acre site.
