On November 28, 2017, the City Council passed the second reading of the updates to the Apartment Rent Ordinance (ARO) and Tenant Protection Ordinance (TPO). The updated Ordinances go into effect on December 28, 2017. The Housing Department is holding three meetings to educate the community about the updated Ordinances.
