Meeting Purpose:  To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the proposed Zoning Code updates. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the proposed Zoning Code updates as they move forward in the review process.

Proposed project: Zoning Code Update (File No. PP24-007) to amend the City of San José Zoning Ordinance to expand the definition of emergency residential shelters, update the specific use regulations for emergency shelters, and update the permitting process for emergency residential shelters in the Downtown zoning district.
