The City of San José is preparing to draft its 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan by conducting outreach to understand the needs of residents.  Please contribute your feedback by completing the residential needs survey.

The results of the survey, along with a data assessment, market analysis and public outreach will be used to create a strategic plan to address identified needs.  City staff will draft the plan early 2025 and plan to take the draft 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan to City Council for approval by summer 2025.
