Citizen Participation Plan
The Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) describes the efforts that the City will take to encourage its residents to participate in developing its Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans, associated performance reports, and the Assessment of Fair Housing.
The City Council approved amendments to the CPP at its August 4, 2020 City Council meeting to incorporate flexibility to hold meetings virtually, use streamlined notice periods in cases of emergency, and update the CPP per current federal regulations.
