Meeting Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to present and gather feedback on the draft Village Plan.

Welcome, Introductions, and Agenda Overview (6:30 p.m. to 6:35 p.m.)
North 1^st Street Local Transit Village Overview and Recap (6:35 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.)
Tune in for a presentation by the City project manager to learn about the background and overview of this Village planning effort, and listen to a brief recap of the first and second workshops.
Draft Village Plan Presentation (6:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.)
Listen to a presentation by the City project manager to learn about the Draft Village Plan. Land use, maximum heights, design standards, open space, and circulation and streetscape will be discussed.
Small Group Discussion (7:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.)
Participate in a small group discussion to share feedback about the draft Village Plan.
Conclusion and Next Steps (9:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.)
