Proposed Planned Development Zoning, Planned Development Permit, and Vesting Tentative Map for the 1975 Cambrianna Drive Residential Development Project, File Nos. PDC21-011, PD21-012 & PT21-034

Meeting Purpose:  To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located north of Cambrianna Drive, approximately 150 feet westerly of Taper Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed project:

Planned Development Zoning (PDC21-011) to allow a rezoning of the project site from the R-1-8 to the R-1-8(PD) Zoning District.

Planned Development Permit (PD21-012) to allow the development of 21 single family homes, including 4 affordable units, and 14 ADUs.

Vesting Tentative Map (PT21-034) to subdivide 2.74 gross acres from one existing 10-acre lot to create 23 lots, including 21 single-family residential lots and two private street lots.
