Meeting Purpose:  To describe the proposed project, the environmental review process, and the planning process, and to obtain community input on the project, including issues to be discussed in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR). Public input on the scope of the EIR is encouraged so that the review addresses all relevant environmental issues. The Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the EIR will be available for review online in the EIR Library of the City of San Jose’s Planning Division web site:  www.sanjoseca.gov/ActiveEIRs.  Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed project: Site Development Permit (H21-040) to allow the demolition of three existing buildings, the removal of 297 ordinance-size trees, the construction of four new industrial warehouse buildings with associated incidental office use.

Vesting Tentative Map (T21-040) to subdivide three lots into four lots for the construction of four industrial warehouse buildings on an approximately 32.80-gross acre site.
