Meeting Purpose:  To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s project and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input relative to the proposed Site Development Permit located at 1530-1544 West San Carlos Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.

Proposed Project:

File No. H22-033: Site Development Permit to allow the demolition of three existing commercial buildings, eight unoccupied residential buildings, and associated service structures totaling approximately 14,131 square feet, the removal of 15 trees (11 ordinance-size, four non-ordinance-size) for the construction of an eight-story mixed use building consisting of 237 multifamily residential units and approximately 16,980 square feet of commercial space with an approximately 48% parking reduction on an approximately 1.34 gross acre site.
