North Coyote Valley

The Development Plan for North Coyote Valley states clearly and publicly the City of San Jose's goals for the development of North Coyote Valley. It also sets forth the standards required to implement Public and Private Improvements.

The Plan itself has been adopted as policy by the City Council of the City of San Jose, and was the subject of a Final Environmen­tal Impact Report. It is the culmination of a three-year planning effort by the City, and represents a clear and unequivocal statement of how the City's adopted Gen­eral Plan is to be implemented in North Coyote Valley.
