DASHBOARD:  ADUs Submitted, Permitted and Completed

Shows volume of ADU Applications Submitted; Permits Issued; and Construction Completed by year since 2015 — and enables seeing this data by Council District. 

DASHBOARD:  ADUs Permitted by Quarter

Shows volume of ADU Permits Issued each quarter since 2015 and provides the annual total. 

DASHBOARD: ADU Size (Permits Issued by Square-Feet)

For total permits issued annually since 2015, shows the percentage of ADUs by category of size, from those less than 300 square feet through those that are greater than 700 square feet.
