A General Plan Amendment, a Rezoning, and a Conditional Use Permit to demolish all structures on-site and construct a six-story senior living facility with up to 49 memory care units, 116 assisted living units, and four affordable housing units. The proposed building would be approximately 65 feet to the top of the roof and 69 feet to the top of the parapet with a floor area ratio (FAR) of 4.72.

LOCATION

The 0.90-acre project site is located on the west side of Gifford Avenue and south of West San Carlos Street in downtown San José.
