Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report for the San José - Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant
Master Plan (SCH# 2011052074) to relocate, consolidate, and remediate 23 inactive biosolids lagoons within the existing “legacy” inactive biosolids lagoons site, as part of the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board's Order Number R2-2019-0026 and in alignment with the South Bay Shoreline Project, on an
approximately 168-acre site.
