SJSC Towers Mixed-Use Project

Special Use Permit to allow the demolition of an approximately 5,574 square foot existing building, and the construction of two 28-story residential towers to include 610 residential units with three levels of underground parking and four levels of above ground parking; to allow approximately 14,173 square feet of ground floor retail uses and up to 24,693 square feet of flex/office space; and to allow for the removal of nine trees, four of which are ordinance sized ranging from 59 to 78 inches in circumference on an approximately 1.4 gross acre site.

Location

The 1.4-acre project site is located on the north side of East Santa Clara Street, between North Fourth and North Fifth Streets in Downtown San José (APNs: 467-20-008, -009, -010, -013, -014, -082, -083, -086, and -087).
