Planned Development Rezoning to rezone the project site from IP(PD) Industrial Park Planned Development Zoning District to IP(PD) Industrial Park Planned Development Zoning District, and a Planned Development Permit to construct a 50-foot high, 208,000-square-foot manufacturing and assembly building, surface parking, associated landscaping, and removal of 57 trees, including 43 ordinance-size trees on an approximately 10.9-acre site.

Community Meeting - A virtual community meeting was held on January 23, 2023. 

The project will be reviewed and decided on by the City Council with a recommendation from the Planning Commission. The project is tentatively scheduled to go before the Planning Commission for a recommendation on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 6:30 PM.
