488 E. St. John Urban Residential Project

The Project proposes demolition of the three (3) existing residential buildings and construction of a 46-unit apartment building. The new building would be up to four (4) stories above ground with one (1) level of underground parking garage with 30 vehicle parking spaces and 8 bicycle parking lockers. Ground-floor spaces would include residential units and other tenant-serving uses (including, but not limited to, a leasing office, community room, and 4 bicycle racks). A rooftop garden is proposed on a portion of the new building. Seven (7) existing ordinance-size trees are proposed for removal.
