650 North King Road Industrial Project

FILE NOS: H21-011 and ER21-025

Site Development permit to demolish the four existing buildings onsite and redevelop the property with a new 225,280 square feet (sf) warehouse industrial building. The building will contain approximately 27,000 square feet of manufacturing space, 164,488 square feet of warehouse, and 33,792 square feet of incidental mezzanine/office space. The proposed project also includes surface parking with 119 automobile spaces and 48 truck trailer spaces. All existing vegetation will be removed, including 163 trees.

LOCATION

The 10.7-acre project site is located at 650 North King Road, on the northeast corner of the intersection of North King Road and Las Plumas Avenue, in the City of San José.
