The project proposes a General Plan Amendment to include the project site within the Downtown Growth Area and to change the General Plan Land Use Designation from Residential Neighborhood and Transit Residential to Downtown. The project also proposes a conventional rezoning of the site from CG Commercial General Zoning District to the Downtown Primary Commercial Zoning District.
Location: Northeast corner of Fourth Street and St. John Street in San Jose (APNs: 467-20-019, 020, 021, 022, and 040)
