The project includes a Planned Development Rezoning from the A Agricultural Zoning District to the R-M(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to allow up to five residential units; Planned Development Permit to demolish a single-family residence and construct five single-family detached residences; and Planned Development Tentative Map to subdivide one (1) lot into five (5) residential condominiums lots and one (1) common lot on an approximately 0.45 gross acre site.
