Meeting Purpose:  To describe the updated environmental review scope, and the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 1605 South 7th Street, at the southern corner of the intersection of East Alma Avenue and South 7th Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s environmental documents as they move forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

 

Proposed project: Site Development Permit (H24-031) to demolish all existing structures and construct an approximately 88,445-square-foot concrete tilt-up warehouse building to support the “last mile” distribution of packages. The building will include 8,676 square feet of incidental offices, nine loading zones, and an approximately 56,000-square-foot prefabricated canopy structure over the loading zone in an approximately 17.63-gross-acre site. There will be 24-hour operations in the loading zones.
