South Fourth Street Mixed-Use Project

This project has been revised since it was originally posted in 2019. Please use the File No. H17-004 to identify the project when corresponding with the City.
The project applicant seeks a site development permit to demolish the existing buildings and hardscape on site and construct a 25-story multi-family residential building totaling 448,474 square feet. The project includes up to 210 residential units. The proposed building height would have a maximum height of 274 feet. There would be a five-level parking garage with one level underground and four levels above ground.

- The public comment period for review of the Draft SEIR started May 30, 2023 and ended on July 14, 2023.
- The public comment period on the Scope of the SEIR was extended to 5:00 p.m. on April 1, 2022. Notice of Preparation Comment Period closed March 25, 2022.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
The project was heard before the Planning Commission on February 14, 2024. The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Council certify the SEIR.
The SEIR was certified by the City Council on March 12, 2024.
