The Mark Residential Project (SP20-021)

The project includes a Special Use Permit to allow the demolition of three residential structures totaling approximately 16,883 square feet and allow construction of a 23-story multi-family residential building consisting of 240 dwelling units. The proposed project would be required to provide a total of 192 off-street parking spaces. The City will allow the project to supplement its proposed on-site parking with off-site parking to meet its required 192 off-street parking requirement. The building would have a maximum height of up to 274 feet to the top of the parapet with a proposed roof deck and lounge, and the removal of six trees on an approximately 0.45-gross acre site.
