Baywood Hotel Project

Site Development Permit to allow the demolition of existing residential structures and the construction of an eleven-story hotel with 105 guest rooms on a 0.30-gross acre site. The hotel would also include guest amenities on the third through fifth floors, including a fitness room and sauna, conference rooms, and a library. An outdoor recreational area would be located on the 11th floor. The maximum height of the building would be 120 feet at the top of the roof and 128 feet at the top of the mechanical area and elevator service room.
