Planned Development Permit for the demolition of an existing surface-level parking lot and the construction of new four-level, approximately 114,760 square foot parking structure to provide additional parking to serve Bellarmine students and faculty. The project would include 35 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations out of the total 373 proposed parking spaces.
