The applicant is seeking a Special Use Permit to allow the development of a new mixed-use nine-story affordable housing project with up to 80 dwelling units and up to 10,417 square feet of commercial uses with three affordable housing State density bonus concessions (setback, parking, and open space) on an approximately 0.47-gross-acre site in the CP-Commercial Pedestrian zoning district.
