Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram – New Showroom Project

Site Development permit to demolish the existing 6,500 square foot showroom and to construct a new two-level 27,411 square foot showroom and office building on a 19,930 square floor ground floor footprint. The project will also relocate a 7,000 square foot service entrance canopy. Three existing trees within the site will be removed, and three new trees will be planted within the project site. The project will be removing existing sidewalk and installing a 20-foot attached sidewalk with new street trees.

The 5.28-acre project site is located at 4100 Stevens Creek Boulevard in the City of San José.
