Project Description

Site Development Permit to allow the demolition of an existing 5,780-square foot building and adjacent surface parking lot, and construction of an approximately 91,992-square foot, six-story commercial building with office and retail uses, a rooftop level bar and lounge; a Historic Preservation Permit to preserve and renovate a City Landmark (Knox-Goodrich building); and a Vesting Tentative Map to merge three parcels into one lot on a 0.34 gross acre site.
