Conditional Use permit to demolish an existing warehouse building and construct an approximately 277,000 square foot, 361 stall off-site parking lot for overnight storage for cans that are utilized by a nearby package sorting and loading facility. The project will include Electric Vehicle charging stalls, a Hydrogen fuel cell generator area, a guard booth, and the removal of 35 trees.
LOCATION
The 6.29-acre project site is located at 1675 Monterey Road, west of the intersection of Phelan Avenue and Monterey Road, in the City of San José.
